Adult Learning and Skills Service (Pages 3 - 32) The purpose of this report is to introduce the revised Adult Learning and Skills Service (ALSS) Fees and Charging Policy for the academic year 2025 - 2026. Reviewing this policy will also require approval to increase charges for those learners who are eligible to pay fees.
